All delivery times are estimates. Sundaye is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to external websites. We do not monitor these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any harm arising from your use of them. Use them at your own risk.

Sundaye is powered by Shopify. However, your purchase is directly with Sundaye. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales contract or any loss resulting from purchased products.

If you send us ideas, reviews, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant Sundaye a perpetual, worldwide license to use and publish that content for any purpose without compensation to you.
